1.Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $120 Canada-wide , orders over $150 U.S.A 

2.How long will my order take to arrive?

Please refer to our shipping policy for more info  

3.Can I track my order? 
Yes, you could. After the payment it will take approx 1-2 working days to process the order and once it is shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail with order number and tracking number. We use Canada Post for most of our shipments, so you can use this reference number to track your order at www.canadapost.ca.

4.Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed and completed we cannot accept any cancellation or returns. All sales are final. Our return policy will give you further details

5.What payment methods do we accept?
Currently we accept payments via PayPal, Shopify payments and etransfer (available only in canada)

6.Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do accept orders worldwide! 

7.Do you bear custom duty charges?
Charges like customs or import duties, local sales tax, clearance charges should be borne solely by the customer. Every time an item crosses an international border, it will be subject to such charges depending on the importing country’s rules and regulations. These charges are not in our control as they are determined by your respective local governments.


8.Can I rent Jewellery?

9.Can I arrange for in store pick up?
Yes, Definitely. in order to avoid paying for the shipping. You could arrange for in store pick up with us. You pick a date and we will have it ready for you!

We are located in Scarborough, Toronto/ Ontario. We will provide you the details once you fill in the contact  form to book an appointment
